| Overview The International Healthcare and Finance Forum is a high-level conference exploring key opportunities at the intersection of Fintech and health tech. The forum brings together people and partners from across sectors to jointly promote the construction of China’s multi-layered medical security system, and explore policy breakthroughs and model innovations with international reference significance, with the ultimate goal of providing high-quality, affordable, and inclusive healthcare solutions.Over the last three years, with the generous and ongoing support from our industry partners, we have been able to successfully organize and conduct our Forum. More than 180 leaders from governmental agencies, academia, think tanks, and industry players, both domestic and overseas, have shared their respective insights. Over 1600 audience have attended. Audiences with diverse backgrounds in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health insurance, medical services, technologies, and investment, participated in the discussions. The Forum has attracted more than 60 media groups to build and further enhance our impact. |

| The 4th Annual International Healthcare and Finance Forum was successfully concluded in Beijing on April 22nd and April 23rd, 2021. The Forum invited over 70 well-known opinion leaders and scholars at home and abroad, to discuss leading topics under the core themes of “health insurance reform” and “multi-layered medical security”, and to exchange views on policy outlook and industry trend.
On April 23rd, the Forum focused on the establishment of a multi-layered medical security system, with research and discussions on policies, commercial health insurance, inclusive city supplementary medical insurance, mutual aid, and charitable donations. The morning Forum was centered on Fintech for Health for sharing and discussion, including the sharing of Fintech for Health in the Asia-Pacific region by Krishna THACKER, Head of Asia Region MetLife Foundation. In the last session of the Forum, more than sixty industry leaders gathered to have a closed-door discussion on City Supplementary Commercial Health Insurance (CSCHI). The discussion homed in on CSCHI innovative financing models, policy directions, and the establishment of industry standards. |

The Forum received support from the People’s Daily Health Times, Fudan University Healthcare and Finance Research Institute, IFENG Finance Institute, and more than twenty mainstream media. Over the course of two days, the event was live-streamed, which attracted over 200 offline audiences, and the peak of online audiences on the same platform exceeds 420,000. Event (Fintech for Health) The forum on the morning of April 23 was launched around the subject “Technology Helps to Build the Multi-level Medical Security System”, including keynote Speech, innovative case sharing, the release of the white paper Technology Helps to Build the Medical Security System: China’s Health Industry Practices and Universal Health Coverage, and round-table discussion “Building a Technology-driven Innovative Medical Ecosystem, Integrating Pharma, MedTech, and Insurance Stakeholders to Jointly Improve Healthcare Accessibility”. Speakers shared their in-depth insights, covering topics on innovation and development of multi-layered medical security system, health informatization, medical security system reform, Internet regulation, application of FinTech for Health, and etc. Representatives from pharmaceutical and medical device companies and insurance companies participated in relevant round-table discussions. Innovative companies such as Ping An Smart City, MediTrust Heath, Waterdrop, and Nuohui Health Tech shared their respective case studies on health insurance model innovation.
